Warranty on Lane Products

It’s no secret that Lane manufactures quality products, however, they also recognize that something could go wrong from time to time. To improve customer satisfaction and service, they have a robust warranty program in place.

For upholstery, all items come with a warranty of between one and five years. Reclining mechanisms have a lifetime cover i.e. 7 years. For wooden products, all items have a one-year warranty. Certain items such as, accent pillows, Arm Caps and Hardest leather covers, Air Dream Motors, plastic components, lane encore, lane hemisphere, lane prestige and lane leather essentials have no coverage.

In all cases however, you will be required to produce a proof of purchase (Bill Of Sale). To claim your warranty, contact the dealer from whom the furniture was purchased. Alternatively, you could contact a local Lane dealer for assistance. Once everything is sorted out, replacements, repairs, or substitutions will be done without further delay.
